Have you ever made anyone redundant? I mean really? No?

Well I have. It’s just a job which I , as a BOSS, may have to do sometimes. As it happens It’s not something you do every day. In my case I haven’t done it for over 22 years. Well, that’s a lie now, I did it three times last Friday.

Now, as a BOSS, I have responsibilities and must carry them through – oh yes. No harm done then, not my fault, just a job.

Done it – been there. Cross that one off the list eh?

I just want to go to bed and sleep now…
